By Newsbreak Producer Taliesha Naidoo - It's all systems go as the Matric Class of 2021 commence the National Senior Certificate examinations. Close to 900,000 learners from across the country will sit down for English Paper 1 this morning. The last exam is set for December the 7th. In KwaZulu-Natal, a record total of 201,107 learners will write the exams. This is the largest figure the KZN Department of Education has registered in the last six years. KZN Education MEC Kwazi Mshengu will be monitoring the start of the exams at schools in Phoenix and KwaMashu, north of Durban today. The MEC's spokesperson, Kwazi Mthethwa says the department is running a tight ship to ensure no irregularities are reported...
